Adam earned his J.D. from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1998 after completing a B.A. in Economics at Yeshiva University. That same year, he was admitted to practice before the New York Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York—credentials that have allowed him to litigate complex cases at every level of the state and federal system.

Outside the courtroom, Adam is a devoted husband and father who believes the discipline and endurance he cultivates while training for marathons translate directly into his legal practice: set ambitious goals, prepare relentlessly, and keep going until the finish line is crossed.
