Thomas Murphy

As a civil litigator, Thomas has tried personal injury cases in the courts of all five boroughs of New York City and Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties. In addition to litigation related to motor vehicle accidents, Thomas has litigated premises cases, products liability cases and intentional torts including assault, fraud and defamation. His results at trial and appellate practice have been overwhelmingly positive for his clients. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Southern District of New York. Thomas is a summa cum laude graduate of St. John’s University and New York Law School and is a Vietnam Era veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick in New York.
